As Senior Director of Digital Media Services at Comcast, I lead a dynamic, cross-functional team of 56, overseeing creative production, engineering, and business operations. Under my leadership, I restructured the team to function as a full-service, in-house production agency, enabling us to streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and elevate our creative output.

I spearheaded a bold overhaul of our creative approach, focusing on visual storytelling that pushed the boundaries of what had been previously done. I also revamped our production workflows to align with industry standards and be more collaborative. By embracing cutting-edge technology, we transformed our content development process, driving narrative impact and pushing the team to reach new heights of creativity. My leadership positioned us to deliver standout video content and live broadcasts aligned with the company’s strategic goals, setting new standards for excellence in the industry.
